Seems like a nice grill. I am a huge fan of cast iron myself. I have a weber with the standard grate. It makes great grill marks. I don’t know what you use for fuel. I graduated to hardwood lump years ago. It burns hotter, longer, and cleaner. Food tastes a whole lot better cooked over it. It is the hotter part that gives my foods those great grill marks. If you are using briquettes, try lump charcoal. I guarantee you will have better grill marks. Especially with cast. You wont need as much lump charcoal as you do briquettes.
Awesome grill. And I need one, great. Thanks for posting.
Here are a bunch of cooks on my STOK Grill http://northeastbbq.com/category/stok-grills/
Great video! Just watched as I picked one up today. How’s yours holding up?
Nice and thorough. My only issue is the the brand is called Stōk (pronounced stoke) but you go over all of the features quite nicely. Thank you

Just saw one on sale today. Great review as I might buy one…I like all the features it has too. How has yours held up so far?
