Slow N Sear Plus Review – Charcoal Basket BBQ Accessories for the Grill

Slow N Sear Plus Review – Best Charcoal Basket BBQ Accessory for the Grill ** SEE OUR BBQ ACCESSORY GUIDE:

In this Slow N Sear Review Video, we will show you and give you our first impressions of the Slow N Sear Charcoal Basket. The Slow N Sear made by Adrenaline BBQ is a highly rated grilling accessory and has been one of the hottest commodities around! We are reviewing the Slow N Sear Plus for the 22 inch kettle grill but there are also other sizes and models for other grill types. In this Slow N Sear Plus Review we are using it in the Napoleon kettle but it is most commonly seen used in the Weber Kettle which is what the creator of the Slow N Sear uses. It is made from High Quality Stainless Steal with an attached water reservoir that will steam as it cooks to help keep your meat moist and allow the smoke to penetrate deeper into the meat. After testing it out it is a great accessory that should be in every kettle grill. We hope you love it as much as we do.

Lasse's Food and Barbecue says:

Great review. Thanks Sir

Michael S says:

Answer: Literally everything… but I would say that some of my most successful cooks have been with briskets. I actually get better results with my SNS than I do with my WSM. But, in general it has really increased my confidence in cooking everything on my Weber. Single best BBQ accessory I’ve purchased to date.

Corby Q says:

Slos n sear is pretty nifty. I love the review I love drumsticks

Bill Tatum says:

How do you like the Slow N Sear now that you have had it a while? I am contemplating buying one, but it is pretty expensive….

solman93 says:

Jabin, nice review. When you get into further testing, I’d be curious how long you can go before refilling the water reservoir, and how long you can get from one full load of charcoal.

Mark Ray says:

Who makes the cast iron grill grate you are using – are you happy with it?  Cant decide whether to get a cast iron or the stainless steel made by the company that makes slow n sear.

Adrenaline Barbecue Company says:

Great cook Jabin!  Can’t wait to see more!

Charlie's Smokin' BBQ says:

Nice review, just Subscribed to your channel please come check out my channel Charlie’s Smokin BBQ

RonZy says:

last question – what was your cooking time for those chicken legs at the slo tempature?

Kyle Lesage says:

looks pretty cool! how do you think you would do a cook that is longer than 6 hours? I would usually use the snake method but with the Slow n Sear I would think it would be tough to keep it going after it has burnt through a whole basket?

TosTinMan EasyCooking says:

I love my Slow N Sear! I’m not really much of a slow cook guy but I’ve cooked some great pulled pork and brisket with it!

Postal Barbecue says:

Love New BBQ Accessories? Here is our review of the Slow N Sear from Adrenaline Barbecue Company. QUESTION: What is your favourite thing to cook using the Slow N Sear?

RonZy says:

Nice Video. where did that grill come from. I know that’s not the standard Weber Grill.

Baby Back Maniac says:

Great review, Jabin! Chicken looked amazing!

Phil N Florence says:

Very nice review. Love the looks of that Napoleon. I have a SnS which I use on a 22.5 Weber Smokey Mountain. I know that doesn’t make sense, but it has been modified with extra brackets 5 in below the meat grate to hold a charcoal grate. Now, I can use all the accessories used on a Weber Kettle including the SnS. I’ve used it multiple times and it works like a champ. Loved your video and love your channel. Thanks-Phil

expertnmbbusinesses says:

Hidden Level says:

What is the difference between this one and the smokenator?does the water play an important role?

Adam Akers says:

I have a SnS and am glad you got one now too. I struggled with it a little at first (I think my probe was the real issue) but now that I’ve learned how to use it, I love it. Perfect for what I need it for. Looking forward to more videos featuring the SnS!!

Charlie's Smokin' BBQ says:

Yes sir, how about a Texas Brisket

Barlow BBQ says:

Very nice review, Jabin! I love my SnS – it’s so versatile and has made my BBQ life so much easier. Looking forward to what you’ll be doing with it! Cheers!

fujii system says:
