My advice for grilling a steak: Lightly rub steak in 100% Italian Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Then salt and pepper both sides and add steak seasoning, such as Montreal Steak Seasoning or Lawry’s. Let the steak sit at room temperature for 30 minutes, then put on grill at direct high heat, grilling both sides enough to cook it to your liking. I prefer medium rare.
