Mr13borf says:

Haha! I wish a little over $20. I think about $35 now. I’m broke but I still think I’m gonna go and buy one of these today. The weather is just too nice and I need some good ol’ grilled comfort food. Mmmm…burgers and brats on the grill.

Terence Quek Siow Kwang says:

Those grilled steaks looks like dunk.

Diane Johnson says:

Sells for $99 in Australia!

Navi Sam says:

the pro’s of the grill are that it’s small and tight, just like her little pussy.

Doctor Philliam says:

Very nice

elvisgospel77 says:

Thanks for the excellent review. I really like my Smokey Joe! I do cook on my wooden deck, but I bought a good-sized cement board “grill mat” from Home Depot to go underneath it, which takes away that heat-over-wooden-deck worry from me very nicely.

David Smith The First says:

That’s misleading. You can’t ask for a single product’s price to not increase by more than inflation for many reasons, and you can’t use a single item like this to gauge inflation.

Anthony Verdibello says:

The bowl is fantastic.
Unfortunately, the material used to construct the three legs, is VERY inferior, and rusts through in about 18 months.  I haven’t been able to find replacements, so the purchase of another grill is required.   Seems like a waste.

Willy Tsung says:

Anyone else think she sounds like Ellen Degeneres?

Kandi Klover says:

hehe looks fun I want one for backyard steaks

Bud Huhs says:

she has some hot legs

Mervyn Lowe says:

You can place it o an outdoor table because the legs don’t get that hot, and there is a tray to catch the embers.

Mervyn Lowe says:

The holes at the bottom are for the intake to help the charcoal to heat up. They can be closed off at the end of the grilling session to be re-used; you also have to close the top vents to smother the heat thru oxygen starvation. Also, partial closure during the grilling has the effect of lowering the temp.

Weber smokey joe is 89 Euro in Germany. With €/$ 1.3867 is about 136$!

2000toddowen says:

My complaint that presents itself as a problem is that the Smokey Joe isn’t the best grill for beer can chicken- not enough height from the grill to the lid to stand a chicken. Also, having to add charcoal for extended cooking times could be another drawback.

But the Smokie is a nice little rig for many. I’ve done some pretty decent steaks on mine and have cooked corn and sweet potatoes afterward while the coals die out.

And for the stingy, it doesn’t use a whole lot of charcoal.

NETWizzJbirk says:

Little over $20? Try $35. I guess inflation in the last 6 months is crazy!

scottfever2006 says:

can you use that same grill for a small campfire in the backyard?

photopuppet says:

Just want to say that Weber has made a few small good improvements to the Smokey Joe recently… the main one is the handle has been redesigned with a heat shield so it’s very cool to pick up with a bare hand at any time during cooking 🙂
Another one is a lid lock to clamp the lid on…

Pepe - says:

Why the hell are you cooking a bbq on the end of your driveway you boong lol

Mervyn Lowe says:

Your enunciation is very pleasing on the ear. And a very good review 🙂

kunjidee says:

I used my grandma’s old colander (those round bowl things with holes all over it that you drain stuff in) put a little grate in there and it worked great…and it was FREE.

dlhiles says:

Why are you grilling out by the street?  And those steaks look pretty unappetizing – what have you got against seasoning?

teepee life says:

Dirtbags make comments like Navi Sam. Please go back into your hole sir!

BBQ Master says:

This is a good grill, but talke a look at there too before you buy one →

gzies1 says:

I’ve been grilling on those for several years now. Absolutely love them. I grill everything from brats, burgers, steaks, chicken, seafood, corn etc. They are very durable with a little care. Perfect for parties of 2-3 people.

Wise2you says:

Nothing beats charcoal in my opinion. Great review by the way too.

scottfever2006 says:

can you use that same grill for a small campfire in the backyard?

kachinkie says:

Get a metal table or tile table in the outdoor patio area of Lowes or home depot. That’s what we use for our Joe…so it’s not on the ground or wooden patio 🙂

Shop Picks says:

Would definitely recommend it

Vtang01 says:

Just bought this little guy yesterday! Its perfect for my girlfriend and I in out 1 bedroom apt. We had 2 friends over and cooked burgers on it 6 burgers fit perfectly! I would suggest getting a charcoal starter it heated up the coals in about 10min! Great affordable grill for a couple and for up to 4 people!

shamrock1337tm says:

prototethys says:

Rawtalent88 says:

Asians will cook anywhere.

And those steaks look like shit.

davemarcelo says:

Just bought mine a few weeks ago and im setting it up now for tomorrows use. So far its taking me some time to figure out how to assemble it because the instructions only has pictures. Bang for the buck griller in my opinion 🙂

David Smith The First says:

$99 in Australia, with Australian Dollars! 1AUD currently buys 1.037USD

alnicoman1 says:

She’s very pretty!

tpt213 says:

TootaMagoota says:

Demonwhisper says:

Bulletinjection says:

The Smokey Joe Gold is $35 which is a great deal I think.

AseerX1 says:

closing the lid extinguishes the chars on this grill. My only complaint.

Diane Johnson says:

The postage would make is costly to ship here
