Great video. Can I use a rib rack on this to slow-n-sear smoke several full rack ribs offset cooking? If so, how would you recommend it? Thanks.

*Living in an apartment where you want to keep the smoke to a minimal this grill performed even better than expectations>>>**** The ease in starting it makes it comparable to gas where you can just turn it on and 5 minutes start grilling. You can come home for work and quickly cook dinner on a charcoal grill for you and the family. Well worth it. Has enough space on the grill easily for good size burgers or chickens. If you run our charcoal it is easy to add more and continue the grill going. Only down side is you need to by the cover separate.*

As far as ventilation goes…am I suppose to open the bottom also? I don’t want to cook it like an oven. I want to grill.
