Nice info review. I’ve had my eye on this one since Thanksgiving when Christy at Christy’s Cooking Channel talked about having one on order. As you know they came in at $199, but last week marked down to $149. I was going to get a performer, but at this price, and red being my favorite color I had to get one. Thanks-Phil
