It’s 20 – 1/2 CM high, NOT INCHES. I have one, I know. I would not make a practice of splashing sugary sauces over everything like they do here. I would try and not splatter the side walls, as it can stick and is difficult to remove. Also, using metal tongs like they do here will damage the non-stick surface of the grill — this is a big no-no. What can we say, she’s blonde.
