Fuck Char Broil. there customer service sucks and my 899 bbq with searing station and ext burner rusted out in 2 years. Hmm thats expensive bbqing. Would never buy from this company again!!!!!!

Thanks, Wayne! We just bought a Tru-Infrared Gourmet by Char-Broil (husband is assembling as I type). I was a little worried we might not get the nice char we enjoy on meat, but I can see from your demo that isn’t the case. I’m thrilled about not having to move the food around to compensate for hot (or not) spots. Can’t wait to try it out. Thank you again! 🙂

I bought a char broil infrared grill and I hated it, all those small holes fill up with shit and the infrared can’t get through anyway, it was a pain in the ass. I went back to the regular charcoal grill

so when seasoning the grill you do not specify whether after the initial heating you let the grill cool or not before adding oil to it. do you add oil while the grill is still hot or do you let it cool then add the oil and bring it up to heat?..

Just FYI it will cook better if you dont peel it off, if you let it unstick itself it will tell you that it’s ready to rotate of flip depending on the meat.

I was just looking up portable version of this I’m a truck driver.BTW on those security chains seems I seasoned chopper with I high quality cutter like yours in a 48 inch can get through those chains even the 12mm ones pretty quick have you seen this https://youtu.be/VC3hFr8p2ck
