Weber Spirit II E-210 Grill Review

Weber Spirit II E-210 Grill Review. Perhaps 2018 grill of the year. I purchased the old model with the closed cabinet for an online pickup, and they accidentally gave me this one. Based on the upgraded 10 year warranty on all components, I decided to keep this one even though I prefer the look of the old one.

You can probably tell I don’t do this often, hope it was more helpful than not.

Good review. I would have liked to have seen the sear marks on the hamburgers, but your video is better than many others I’ve seen.

Having nothing but trouble cooking medium rare steaks on my 2 burner Spirt II. It exceeds 500 temp but the grill surface seems to be too high from the flame to sear it correctly. Ive tried placing the steaks all over the surface to test this. Any suggestions?

Hi John, I really appreciate the personal and honest review. I don’t believe or trust the professional reviews paid for by the manufacturers! Well, it looks like you’ve had this for almost 4 months. What do you think of it now that you’ve been using it for a while? We just moved to FLA from NJ and our grill in NJ was permanently bolted to our deck and it was fueled by natural gas, so we didn’t take it with us. We had that one for 20 years. It was a Ducane all stainless model, and anytime something broke, they sent us the parts for free…until Ducane went under and was ultimately bought out by Weber. Our friends had a Weber and it always seemed hotter than ours. Steaks and burgers were seared much better. Anyway, I don’t want to drop $400 unless I’m confident it’s the right choice. Thanks again.
