Maple Bourbon Chicken on the Vision Grill- Episode 35

Maple Bourbon Chicken
ingredients for marinade
1/4 cup of Avocado Oil (or oil of your choice)
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos (or Soy Sauce)
it’s Incredible Rub
1/2 cup Jim Beam Maple Bourbon
6 Chicken Legs
6 Chicken Thighs
cook for 1 hour at 275-300 degrees
check internal Temperature, and sauce when it hits 145.
Continue cooking until the internal temp reaches 165 and check to Make sure they are cooked though.
remove from smoker and let rest 10 minutes.

I used my Vision Grill Ceramic Smoker
